The company provides Technical & Manning services & ancillary services complementing the ship management business. These additional marine services include Consultancy in offshore sector (dredging & offshore segment), new building and conversion projects, commercial support to ship owners (S&P and chartering), STS operations, eco-design feasibility studies and associated retro-fits and ship owning projects.

The group is operated by industry professionals with extensive work experience both at sea and ashore.

Having Total 24 years of experience at Sea –Main fleet and Offshore. Great Circle Shipping and ETA Dubai and EOSSL.
Substantial experience in Technical Management and Maintenance of Offshore Multipurpose AHT,Supply vessels, Dredger, Pipe lay Barge and Allocation of Marine Project spreads . For various reputed Shipping and offshore organisation. Singapore Star hipping, (Singapore), Blue Bird Marine services(Ajman. UAE ), KNK Ship-management and Essar Sub sea Limited.(India).
From 2006 to 2015- Has headed Various projects:- Inner anchorage Lightening of Panamax Ships by Floating accommodation crane barge, Activating of laid up vessel, Beaching of vessels at Scrap yard (ALANG). Commissioning, up gradations, taking over New Built Ships, Floating Cranes,(Adani) & ETA Dubai. Carried out Dry docking in India and abroad(DUALA,GUJRAT&CHINA). Conversion, Modification and commissioning of Pipe Lay barge at DMC dry - doc. Dubai.
Has headed Manning office of World Tankers Management Pte Ltd in India, prior been V.P Manning, doing the crewing functions of W-O Shipping. Earlier as GM Manning, Univan Group and Director of Univan India, manning related activities of the company were controlled from Mumbai under him, with all the 4 field office reporting to him.
Shankar Sawant started his professional career on ocean going vessels where he worked for a full decade before he decided to plunge into the more challenging Offshore Industry. The necessary training and certifications were obtained upto the highest UK standards , both his COC , Unlimited and DP Operator Unlimited are from Glasgow, UK.
During his stint as DPO and SDPO he has had exposure to Offshore vessels operating in various countries and on varied assignments from Saturation Diving to 7th Generation Deep water Drilling ships and Semi-Subs , FPSO and latest world 7 th Generation Heavy lift and pipe lay vessels doing S-Lay , J-Lay and F-lay operation world wide having Konsberg K-chief, Alstom, NMS 6000,Convrteam DP Consoles from 3rd Generation to 7th Generation vessels.

This has exposed him to the latest, most modern equipment and systems and procedures of best operators in the Off Shore Industry world wide.He has gained experience and in depth knowledge while working for Petronas, Shell BP, Pemex mexico, Exxon mobile USA, Shell USA in North Sea, US Gulf, Mexico, Trinidad, Persian Gulf, Mediterranean, South China Sea, East coast India , Sakhalin island and Holding Petronas and Shell BP approval to work in their respective oil fields.
Having had such varied experience he has now decided to focus and concentrate on Chartering & operation of vessels on a full time basis and is confident of transforming his knowledge and experience into operating offshore vessels in a manner which is safe for the sea farer and efficient and cost effective for the owner and or charterer.  
Advisory Board
Rear Adm A R Radhakrishnan ( retd )- He has 4 decades of distinguished service with the Indian Navy behind him. Has been at the helm of prestigious training institutes, such as the Staff College and the Naval War College. Has also been on prestigious deputations in various countries.

He retired as the DG of the new naval base on the West coast of India.

An accomplished and recognized exponent of Maritime Strategy and security his counsel is much sought after for port development projects too.
Atul Kulkarni- More than 2 decades of experience ranging from Shipping, Government functioning, corporate head responsibility & Banking Sector.

As CEO of new Chowgule Group, he led the team engaged in development of Greenfield Cargo Terminal and Ship Repair Yard project.
At Deloitte while heading the Water Transportation Consultancy team for more than 5 years, he worked on various assignments for both public sector entities as well as private clients.

While attached to the Shipping Ministry, he was involved in the policy issues pertaining to efficient port operations and the capacity expansion projects at the major ports on the west coast of India and also for developing the strategies and policies for improvement of ports and shipping services.
